Executive, Operations (Individual Product)
Job Purpose
The incumbent will be part of the Singapore Operations team who will support the Business Development and Client Management team in all aspects of account acquisition and maintenance to ensure maximum effectiveness of internal processes and communication and guarantee optimum service.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Act as key contact to brokers and clients for defined book of business in relation to the quotation preparation and implementation setup stage
Take ownership of quotations by ensuring internal processes are followed and deadlines are met
Provide support to the Business Development team by ensuring that all new business cases are implemented accurately and in a professional manner
Provide pre-sale support in generating quotes and proposals
Resolve less complex customer issues
Identify improvement to prevent issues from re-occurring
Manage policy servicing related matters
Maintain an accurate data base of our customers records in a timely manner
Education/Professional Qualifications Required
A-level qualification required
Relevant insurance certification : BCP, PGI and HI
3-5 years' experience in sales administrative functions
Minimum 2 years' experience in a team environment
Used to meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities under pressure
Knowledge in Sales/Health Insurance or Brokerage background preferred
Skills
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
PC literate - solid knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good time management and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
