COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.
DESIGNATION : Executive, Operations (Dry DC)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the Inventory Department. Manage the team and coordinate all efforts to ensure the smooth operation of stock and location management.
• Oversee the Damage Department. Minimize losses incurred from damaged goods
• Manage and evaluate daily operations liaising with internal GLS staffs, contractors and optimize DC operations.
• Developing, coaching and disciplining staffs and conducting annual performance review.
• Managing department operations KPI’s and ensuring targets are met and implement continuous improvements to the processes and systems.
• Ensuring Health, Safety, Security and SOP’s requirements and procedures are understood, implemented and compiled by all staffs and external contractors.
• Ensuring all reports and invoices are submitted on time.

• Minimum a Diploma equivalent education but a Degree would be an added advantage
• Good command of English
• Extreme attention to details and thoroughness in all tasks
• Independent and keen to learn
• Familiar with Microsoft Office like Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Reliability and ability to meet all assigned deadlines
• Previous relevant experience will be ad added advantage

• 5 day work week
• Rotating shift hours with rotating off/rest day
