Executive, Operations (Group Insurance)
Job Purpose
The incumbent is part of the Singapore Operations team and will support the Business Development and Client Management team in all aspects of account acquisition and maintenance. This role is pivotal in ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal processes, communication, and delivery of optimum service.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Act as key contact to brokers and clients for defined book of business in relation to the quotation preparation and implementation setup stage
Own the Group Insurance Policy Set-Up in the system and Policy Agreement, by ensuring internal processes are followed and deadlines are met
Support the Business Development team in ensuring that all new and renewal business cases are implemented accurately and in a professional manner
Identify process gaps and opportunities for continuous process improvements across Operations and other teams
Maintain Salesforce data record and generate sales reporting
Maintain and update process related documents
Provide business requirements for system enhancement and perform related UATs.
Education/Professional Qualifications/ Experience Required
A-level qualification and above
Relevant insurance certification : BCP, PGI and HI
3-5 years' experience in sales administrative functions
Prior experience in Sales/Health Insurance or Brokerage is advantageous
Skills and attributes
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to juggle priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Independent and takes ownership
