Job Description
Your main role is to support the department in the coordination and administration of facility protection, security management, car park management, tenancy management, mail room operation and purchased-services management. You will also participate in project works that are relevant or innovative in your area of responsibilities. You are expected to liaise with external agencies such as the Ministry of Health, other hospitals and professional bodies in the course of your work. You will also review and update department policies and procedures, and participate in quality improvement and certification initiatives.
Requirements:
- Recognised degree with at least 2 years working experience in a security operation role in the security industry; OR Diploma with 8 years’ experience and demonstrated competencies in security protection and management, tenancy management and emergency / contingency planning
- Relevant working experience in an operational role in healthcare, security or hospitality industry is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition, and good analytical, organisational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
