Your main role is to support the department in the coordination and administration of facility protection, security management, car park management, tenancy management, mail room operation and purchased-services management. You will also participate in project works that are relevant or innovative in your area of responsibilities. You are expected to liaise with external agencies such as the Ministry of Health, other hospitals and professional bodies in the course of your work. You will also review and update department policies and procedures, and participate in quality improvement and certification initiatives.
