Perform end-to-end daily / monthly payroll runs local / foreigner resignees (including submission of IR21)
Assist in selected department\'s functions for payroll / leave / benefits activities such as leave recovery, CPF submissions, government-paid claim submissions, WICA reimbursements, negative pay follow-up, reports, leave and benefits administration, etc
Assist in the year-end preparation and submission of IR8A
Participate in system update activities
Ensure internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements for all pay related matters
Respond to employees\' queries and provide support to departments when needed
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance) where necessary
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance or any related discipline
At least 3 years of payroll experience for at least 500 headcount in a local setting
Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF and Income Tax legislation
Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage
Able to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
