Temps working for periods of 3 months, or more are entitled to benefits.
Salary :
Senior/Executive $10.50 (Diploma with 0-2 year of working experience)
$13.00 (Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience)
Working hours :
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
(with one hour lunch break)
Job responsibilities :
You will be part of the Population Health Planning Office, the team coordinating the roll-out of Healthier SG and Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s population health strategy, to make Singapore a healthier nation.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the Personal Assistant to the Director of the Population Health Planning Office (PHPO);
- Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events and trips relating to PHPO;
- Assist with managing the budget of PHPO and relevant financial processes; and
- Assist with managing the Healthier SG budget, including relevant financial processes.
Candidates should possess a tertiary education in any discipline at the minimum.
- Ability to communicate and manage different stakeholders
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills, with an eye for details
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
