\xc2\xb7 Responsible for direct procurement activities for various ST Engineering Aerospace LoBs.
\xc2\xb7 RFQ vendors, compares quotations, negotiate prices, and generate purchase orders according to ST Engineering Procurement policy.
\xc2\xb7 Order tracking and optimization of shipping method.
\xc2\xb7 Invoice verification and resolution of invoice discrepancies with relevant internal departments
\xc2\xb7 Ensure deliverables are in line with contractual terms.
\xc2\xb7 Expedite and identify critical components, if necessary to ensure timely delivery to avoid AOG situation.
\xc2\xb7 Proactively manage the relationship with internal business partners/customers to ensure target KPI is met.
\xc2\xb7 Contribute and report on cost saving actively.
\xc2\xb7 Generating Procurement reports
Academic Qualification Required
\xc2\xb7 Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics Management or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
\xc2\xb7 Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
\xc2\xb7 2 to 5 years of experience in the procurement field, preferably in the aviation industry.
\xc2\xb7 Fresh Degree or Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies Required (If applicable)
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous.
\xc2\xb7 Prior purchasing experience in an aerospace environment will be a strong asset.
\xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation skills.
\xc2\xb7 Resourceful and self-motivated with a learning mindset.
\xc2\xb7 Possess strong procurement knowledge will be advantageous.
\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills.
\xc2\xb7 Good business acumen and strong analytical skills
\xc2\xb7 Experience working with various stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Possess Team Player mindset.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to convince/influence and take initiatives.
