Our key accounts include over 1,000 clients and our portfolio of products comprises over 800 branded and white label products. Leveraging SATS\' global network, and in collaboration with Temasek and EDB, Country Foods offers our partners and customers a one-stop go-to-market platform to bring sustainably sourced foods and solutions to Singapore and Asia.Key Responsibilities

• Workflow control across production processes
• Organize and work with Production Supervisors daily to produce outputs established for SKUs planned.
• Plan and schedule daily products to be produced based on customer requirements, manpower, raw material and equipment availability.
• Resolve operational issues that arise on the production floor including liaison with Maintenance team for equipment failures.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements on the production floor.
• Responsible for BOM costing and database maintenance in ERP system.
• Data analysis on product performance trends.
• Safety and operational training to production team.
• Ensure all required labels needed for packing are printed and checked for info accuracy.
• Timely opening and closing of production Work Orders with proper supporting records.
• Ensure all required records for internal and external audits are documented and filed.
• Participate in cross functional process improvement initiatives.
• Any other duties as required by Reporting Officer.

• Degree preferred or Diploma with 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Food Manufacturing or Supply Chain in food industry
• Hands-on experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, experience in Navision is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• Able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently and as a team player
