Main Responsibilities
- Process new applications for PF/EPF.
- Conduct financial Means Test and determine the subsidy quantum for standard cases.
- Conduct yearly financial assessment on eligibility for Government and subsidies programmes.
- Case manage the changes for PF/EPF programmes.
- Ensure that existing cases are reviewed before the expiry of subsidies.
- Liaise with social workers and renal coordinators of restructured hospitals of the patients\' application status, financial and psychosocial issues.
- Identify and place patients into private dialysis centre based on available capacity.
- Slot management and analyse utilisation and occupancy trends.
- Track and optimise the utilisation of capacity of dialysis centres and recommend resource or load balancing measures in right-siting slots.
- To generate reports from different systems to assist with internal and external audit checks.
- Document bio-data of patients and requests in case-files for record.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on the both programmes.
- Prepare letters and ensure that the patient information and data are updated in a timely and accurate manner
- Min Degree in any course
- Some admin related experience will be good
- Programme management experience will be beneficial
