Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee and lead in Rail Business emergency preparedness and BCM programmes and activities
• Coordinate and guide Rail departments in their EP and BCM readiness
• Monitor and assist Rail departments\' compliance to relevant EP and BCM CP by Regulator
• Assist in security matters undertaken by Safety, Security & Emergency Planning
• Develop and coordinate company level EP and BCM procedures
• Coordinate and guide Rail departments in their EP and BCM preparations and readiness
• Conduct Incident Management audits of Rail stations
• Act as lead in all EP and BCM matters for Rail Business
• Be the POC with external agencies on EP and BCM matters
• Conduct BCM audits and inspections of Rail stations
• Respond and deal with day-to-day BCM matters
• Coordinate developement of BCM plans for Rail premises and facilities
• Conduct security survey and audits in accordance to COP6 at Rail premises
• Develop and review security procedures to mitigate security vulnerabilities and enhance security measures
• Develop security survey / audit reports and coordinate with appropriate agencies on the follow-ups

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognised institution
• Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in supervisory position and at least 2 years\' experience in security field
• Preferably possess relevant BCM / security qualifications i.e. Diploma in Security Management
• Knowledge in Emergency Preparedness
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in conducting Security Assessment and report writing
• Conversant with presentation preparations and multimedia
• Responsible, result orientated and good team player
• Quick thinking in dealing with a situation
• Self starter with drive and passion
• Able to identify colors
