What you will be working on:You will be part of the Resources team in the Transformation & Resources Department that looks into registry management, operation and logistic support, capability building, staff engagement, finance and procurement support, focusing on areas below. Manage the deposit and movement of case exhibits and compliance/ performance bond documents and updating of system records Manage a fleet of vehicles used by internal stakeholders of which include the monitoring of vehicle usage, work with vendors for repair/maintenance matters, extraction of data for reporting, invoice verification etc. Provide operation and logistic support which includes (but not limited to): - Manage the issuance and return of assets and ops equipment (including controlled items); ensure proper maintenance and accountability - Manage key press and access - Maintain the directory listing - Procure and supply stationery or consumables - Liaise with other depts and vendors on the maintenance of office facilities and equipment - Oversee the replacement of staff cards - Perform verification of transactions to facilitate payment Perform any other ad-hoc duties based on developing needsWhat we are looking for:
