What the role is: Foreign manpower makes up one-third of our workforce and is a significant part of our economic and social landscape. It is essential that we ensure the proper management of foreign workers and that they reside in acceptable and proper housing., This will enable Singapore to continue to benefit from their presence and for us to fulfil our duty of care to our migrant workers.

What you will be working on:

You will ensure professionalism of the Employment Agencies and foreign worker housing landscape through proper screening checks when assessing new & renewal licence applications, applications to register personnel andmanagement of security bonds. You are required to assist the Team Leads / Assistant Directors in the management and regulation of both the Employment Agencies and dormitory operators. As part of your job, you need to liaise with other agencies and external customers to provide advice on processes and manage the appeals from public by putting up recommendations for consideration. You should also build up industry knowledge and good understanding of the parties you are regulating. From time to time, t you need to carry out on-site inspections.

What we are looking for:

\xc2\xb7 2 years of work experience preferred \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, and problem solving skills \xc2\xb7 Good written and oral communication skills \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Strong Team Player \xc2\xb7 Must be a self-starter and able to work independently, proactive, fast learner with good initiative and positive attitude PWDs are welcome to apply.
