Personal assistance to MD (travel management, visitor handling, government interface, country coordination etc.)
Maintain a highly responsive relationship on the day-to-day work activities of MD
Provide secretarial duties to MD by coordinating and communicating with internal and external customers professionally.
Well interface between internal and external, MD and senior management, or customers and colleagues.
Marketing Communications internal/external, a-voice campaign, Pioneers hub etc.
Organize and coordinate company events, marketing and advertising, exhibitions, or meetings, such as board management meetings, customer days and company teambuilding activities,
Prepare all necessities and materials to ensure professional events customized according to different themes and audience groups.
Prepare business correspondence, presentation material, reports, agenda and perform minutes taking in a precise and accurate manner.
Proactively perform projects and assignments independently to support MD boosting company cultural and employer branding.
Support with business report preparation, meeting minutes etc.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to board members / senior management and visitors.
Responsible for travel management, like hotel / travel arrangements, apply visa, and consolidate travel expenses etc.
Office Management Singapore location relevant admin, office renovation, supplier management, office supply, Greenery, Canteen, food, guard house and office image, cleanliness etc.
HR & HSE support for noncritical topics for the Singapore location only.

University graduates with bachelor\'s degree or above.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
5 years\' experience working in Admin or marketing or secretary jobs
Excellent communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Pleasant, mature, and committed, well organized, detail oriented and able to handle correspondence independently.
High sense of integrity and confidentiality
Good in time management and prioritizing tasks.
Responsible, self-motivated, able to handle projects independently & work under pressure
