Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide engineering support to the Branch and also assume the role of Branch admin. Provide the necessary back-end support to the line team to ensure smooth day-to-day operation and other maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget and ensure that all expenditures are tracked and monitored so that they are within allocated financial budgets for both Capital & Operating accounts.
• Handle all in-house training and external courses for the maintenance staff. Liaise with Contractors on the equipment OEM training and certification. Track and maintain the training record of all maintenance staff.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of Work Instructions and Risk Assessment to the Authority for approval.
• Procurement of maintenance tools and spares & contract evaluation/administration matters.
• Prepare and submit the three-monthly System Failure Trend and Analysis Report.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Building Services Technology.
• Minimum 1-3 years (for Executive Engineer) and 3-5 years (for Senior Engineer) of relevant post-graduate working experience in operation and maintenance of facilities systems (air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, electrical system, fire protection system and other related M&E equipment).
• Candidate with the following will be a plus:

• Relevant experience in handling M&E projects.
• Knowledge in Cyber Security Act or related subject matter.

Skills

• Must be self-motivated, resourceful, organized, independent and possess strong interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to think logically and work well in a team.
• Well versed in using \'Maximo\' maintenance software is a plus point.
