1) Ensure that the processing of the following:
- Vendor invoices
- Interco invoice
- Payment on behalf
- Staff claims, travel advances
- Petty cash
2) Payment:
- Ensure that payment are made timely and correctly
- Properly approved by bank mandate
- Respond queries from vendors
3) To assist in other tasks/projects assigned
