Executive/Senior Executive, Operations Logistics (1 Year Contract)

Location: Nearest MRT - City Hall/Bras Basah Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Execute the learning administration processes
• Co-ordinate logistics and resource arrangements
• Maintain training facilities and equipment
• Manage Student Assistants (SAs) for course support
• Administrative support
• Communication with participants and stakeholders’ management
• Ensure proper set-up of course venues and online sessions prior start of course
• Administer face-to-face and online courses
• Maintain zoom recordings and log reports
• Manage logistics matters and indent logistical items
• Perform routine checks on the quality of course set-up
• Manage a team of course support staff and student assistants
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ramp up productivity and operational efficiency
• Staff may require to work on 3 to 5 weekday nights/weekends in a month as the Academy does run programmes outside office hours
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Self-driven, meticulous, resourceful and adapt to changes well
• Able to work collaboratively with others
• Possess good level of written and communication skills
• Keen on process improvement and efficiency
• Able to work with data to interpret and generate reports
• Familiar with Learning Management System (LMS), Training Management System (TMS) and TP Gateway would be advantageous
