Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.You will support the HR Shared Services team and will report to the Payroll and Benefits team lead.Office Location:UBIX - 25 Ubi Road 4, Singapore 408621ResponsibilitiesReview and approve payroll and benefits details covering the whole spectrum of payroll, leave and benefits processingWorking closely with the outsourced vendor for payroll processingVerify expenses, claims on shift allowance, overtime and other allowances paid via payrollReview monthly payroll, headcount reconciliations & variance analysisEnsure proper documentation and timely and accurate submissions of payroll, CPF, income tax for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlinesEnsure timely submission of government paid leave applications such as National Service leave, Paternity Leave, Maternity leave, Childcare leave etc.Ensure statutory compliances and liaise with banks, auditors and other regulatory bodiesCompile statutory and other statistical information ad hoc reports/surveys as requiredManage payroll audit and liaise with internal and external auditorInvolve in systems implementation and upgradingAssist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for corporate level planning, management reporting, and analysis to senior managementAny other adhoc responsibilities as assignedRequirementsDiploma / Degree in Human Resource Management/Accounting or any other relevant disciplinesAt least 2 to 3 years of relevant payroll administration experienceStrong knowledge of local employment laws and regulationsGood knowledge of personal tax and CPF regulationsProficient in MS Office applicationsMeticulous and good with numbers. Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedulesTeam player with high level of client focus and excellent organizational skillsExperience in a Shared Services environment and knowledge of Workday system will be an advantageBenefits
