We are currently working with a Tier 1 Real Estate Developer to look for a Human Resource Development Executive to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. Job Responsibilities:
-Support/establish learning needs of employees.
-Administration of Training Programmes, Co-Administrator of Learning
Management System (LMS)
-To track and report on key metrics
-Assist and/or to drive and organise communications events e.g.
town halls, EXCO dialogue sessions recognition. awards, employee
feedback, etc.
-Assist and/or design, and facilitate trainings, workshops,
communication sessions and team-building activities
-Identify key L&D requirements needed from cross-functional teams and
internal stakeholders
-Work with other program managers/internal stakeholders to identify
risks and opportunities. across multiple projects within the department
Job Requirements:
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Meticulous and detailed in managing training administration work
-Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or related field
-Min 3 years\' experience managing training & development programmes
-Time management, facilitation, and organisational skills (including
attention to detail and multitasking skills.
