PURPOSE
As an executive/senior executive, you will be part of the risk management and compliance team that is responsible for establishing and coordinating the implementation of effective risk management policies and procedures in the functional units of the Company.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
Reporting to the Head of Risk Management & Compliance, you will be assisting the team in performing the following tasks

• 
  Review the product disclosure and marketing materials to ensure that such materials comply with the regulatory requirements, industry standards and FWD Group standards
• 
  Review the key control self-assessment performed by business units
• 
  Perform transaction reviews and monitoring on high-risk transactions
• 
  Work with the manager perform Enterprise-wide risk assessment ML/TF risk assessment and implement measures to address the heightened ML/TF risks (if any) and/or deficiencies in controls and processes
• 
  Be the key driver for the Risk Management & Compliance Outreach Program
• 
  Assist the managers in developing dashboards to monitor key risks such as fraud risks and conduct risks
• 
  Assist the manager in preparing the reports for submission to the senior management, risk committee, audit committee, board committee and FWD Group

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• 
  Minimum 2 years of financial services industry/compliance/audit experience
• 
  Fresh graduates are welcome

  University graduate or equivalent

  Good communication and interpersonal skills
