We are currently working with a global Hospitality developer and operator with strong expansion growth strategy regionally to bring in a talented executive or senior executive who will play an instrumental role in expanding the REIT\'s portfolio through acquisitions. If you are successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an exciting, energetic team with a strong, open culture with a strong desire to grow aggressively, regionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modelling and feasibility studies for REIT projects, capital transactions and investments
- Integrate asset level cash flow models into fund model for returns forecasting and conduct asset sensitivities and hold/sell analysis
- Ensure accuracy and standard/robust formatting of cash flow models while reflecting realistic assumptions
- Analyze performance at the asset and portfolio level
- Maintain market database and gather market research information
- Assist in identifying investment and development opportunities
- Prepare investment proposals and assist in the deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal, etc.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking or Real Estate preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate, financial institutions, or development
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in building advanced financial models for REITs or project financing is an advantage
- Resourceful, hands-on, and committed to delivering results, with the ability to prioritize and respond to tight timelines
- Strong team player who can also work independently.
