Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with onshore fund managers and asset management teams on both fund and portfolio management matters. These would include reporting, budgeting and forecasting, asset management planning and strategizing to optimise portfolio income and realise the highest value of our assets.
- Assist with reporting and financial modelling requirements on both asset and portfolio levels.
- Work closely with both internal stakeholders across various functions and external consultants to meet business and operational needs.
- Manage market intelligence, collate and analyse global market / industry information.
- Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or its equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate asset management and/or investments
- Candidates without working experience but keen on developing a career in real estate portfolio management will also be considered.
- Overseas travelling is required for this role.
