Manage administration of programmes and learning sponsorships for staff
Organize and co-facilitate Communities-of-Practice
Plan and lead learning events which may include staff orientations, learning journeys, learning festivals, roadshows, award ceremonies and lunchtime talks for staff
Promote and publicise learning initiatives
Analyse learners\' data for sensemaking, determining organisation learning needs and measuring impact of learning to the workplace
Research adult learning trends, andragogies and models
Review course curriculum and collaborate with key stakeholders to make continuous improvement to quality of course delivery and learning experience
Support in the formulation and development of learning strategies and policies, and forging learning partnerships.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline
Possess some competency in data analytics (willing to be trained in this area)
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in adult learning / CET preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to emcee and host events will be an advantage
Customer-service centric, problem solver and a proactive team player
Able to multitask and independently accomplish assignments within lean timelines
Passionate about lifelong learning, development and practice
