Your Role At Sephora
As an Executive, Social & Community, you will be responsible for leading one of the team\'s main pillar projects that engages store experts for social content aimed to drive Sephora\'s influence and business goals.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand & Community, you will lead key projects that support the team\'s larger objectives in driving consideration. Your role will have a strong emphasis on strategic thinking, end-to-end planning and stakeholder management across Local Marketing, Regional Training & Development, Brand Partner Marketing, Online/offline (Retail) experience & events.

Key Roles include:
Pillar Program Lead

Oversee and lead the regional program involving store experts and advisors across the SEA, Oceania region comprising 9 markets. This includes running recruitment cycles, leading training, on boarding and brief development for marketing campaigns

Grow current line up from 65+ members each quarter, through a robust expansion and retention via brand-sponsored perks program and more

Be the key PIC for the program\'s 80+ members on all program-related queries and experiences

Implement new ways of working with brands and local Sephora marketing teams

Manage and deploy program budgets year-on-year

Prepare and maintain monthly & quarterly health and reporting metrics for the Regional Program

Brand & Comms Support

Support the team\'s overall objectives to increase consideration on a regional level as well as consult markets on local level activations

Advice brands on how to win at Sephora from a social content creation standpoint

Support team deadlines by prioritizing key campaigns across the brands and all pillar programs

Build reciprocal partnerships cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization: local marketing, merchandising/brands, creative, digital marketing, brand marketing, store education, loyalty, and analytics teams

Requirements

Degree in relevant discipline (Marketing, mass communication, PR & Advertising or Business)

2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail industry

Confident with all Microsoft Office packages

Demonstrate ability to efficiently multi-task and work well across multiple stakeholders

A passion for all thing beauty is a plus

Personable, presentable and articulate

Eager to contribute new ideas.

Willingness to learn

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
