URGENT
Location : Jem (Jurong East)
Position : Executive - Substantive Grade, Div I/II (Licensing Mgt Dept - Licensing & permit Division)
Contract period : 6 + 5 months
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Saturdays : Day Off
Lunch : 1 hour
(or as agreed with the supervisor)
Duties
Assist Middle Office to process summons, compositions, letter of warning (LoW), letter of advice (LOA), Entity search requests, track summonses and enforcement related letters to offenders and manage the administration of Warrant of Arrest
(WA), ensuring SFA\xe2\x80\x99s centralized enforcement administration efforts are duly carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation, SOPs, WIs, guidelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma \xe2\x80\x93 budget approximately up to $14.20 per hour, negotiable depending on candidates\xe2\x80\x99 qualification and experience).
- Candidates with regulatory and enforcement background will have an advantage.
- Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access & Outlook)
- Highly self-motivated and committed
- Able to handle and meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous and analytical
- Mature, independent and resourceful
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
