URGENT

Location : Jem (Jurong East)

Position : Executive (Operations Mgt Dept - Joint Operations Division)

Contract period : 6 + 5 months

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Saturdays : Day Off

Lunch : 1 hour

(or as agreed with the supervisor)

You will conduct ground inspection work at food establishments under SFA\xe2\x80\x99s purview, including at retail food establishments, food factories, and other SFA managed facilities. These include but are not limited to checks on the ventilation and air quality of indoor environments. You will also assist in administrative tasks such as data-entry and generation of management reports, and any other administrative duties as and when required.

Duties

• Ensure that ground inspections are conducted by the stipulated timeline and collate the findings in a data file for tracking purposes.

• Assist in administrative duties, including but not limited to, contacting licensees and printing materials for industry engagements, printing and mailing of directions, and maintaining listing of establishments of accredited establishments.

Qualifications/ Other Requirements

• A/O Level holder/ITE/Higher NITEC - Budget approximately up to $14.20/hr, negotiable depending on candidates\xe2\x80\x99 experience

• Experience handling large data sets

• Proficient in Microsoft Suites software, especially Microsoft Excel

• Meticulous and analytical; Strong attention to details

• Able to handle and meet tight deadlines

• Experience working with the public and other government agencies is an added advantage
