Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Engage MBS F&B Business Unit Culinary & Service Management on RSA Action Plan
- Plan And Manage Resource Sustainability Act Related Innovation Projects (POC)
- Conduct Kitchen Inspections for Resource Sustainability Act (RSA) Compliance
- Engage Mall Management and F&B Tenants on RSA Coordination & Compliance
- Plan and Execute Resource Sustainability Act (RSA) Related Team Member Engagement Activities
- Analyze Monthly F&B and Bi-Annual Property Wide Waste Assessment data and provide recommendations to improve segregation performance.
- Provide support for monthly performance updates to F&B management and key stakeholders
- Manage Food Waste Tracking Programs on property
- Track milestone deliverables and budget utilization, and ensure it meets the needs of the business
