Keppel Data Centres is one of the leading Data Centre providers in APAC and Europe. As a Keppel Data Centre Management Associate, and you will be at the forefront to influence the design and development of our new Data Centres in a regional role, to support the connectivity requirements of the modern world.

A rotational stint in the Technical Solutions team in Keppel Data Centres provides you with an all-round knowledge in the end-to-end engineering design of a data centre. You will be given an opportunity to apply your engineering knowledge to real world scenarios, with your involvement in the development of technical solutions, project costing and planning structure for prospective projects and deal engagements across APAC and Europe. You will be given regional exposures and opportunities to support these regional project development.

The engineering design skills learned from Technical Solutions are closely related to the engineering skillset requirements in other teams not limited to Project Management, Operations and Innovation, giving you a strong foundation to excel in other roles within the business unit. You will be poised for progression with your cumulated experience and exposure to various functions of the data centre business. The strong foundation set from the technical exposures, will also benefit other financial, business or investments roles, which are also possible as part of your KAP rotations.

In addition, the KAP provides invaluable exposure to cross BU interactions, networking with like-minded colleagues and management, and strong leadership cultivation.
