Job Description

Responsibility:

Conduct Tenancy design briefing and discussion on tenancy matters to incoming tenants Review Tenants proposal and ensure quality of design and construction meets management's expectations for mall design guidelines Perform site inspection during Tenants fitting-out works to ensure the design is constructed according to approval Provide support and assist with space planning and updating mall drawings Assist in design proposal/presentation for special projects in the mall and follow up with its processes Able to provide Design solutions to tenants & vendors on ad-hoc tasks and spatial needs Ad-Hoc support :Support design team duties Update & maintain tenancy layout & all mall directories & signage Project & initiatives purposefully designed to improve mall tenancy

Qualifications/Requirements

Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or NTC III Minimum 3 years' experience working in commercial fit-out, store planning, project coordination or interior construction environment is required Good computer skills i.e. AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator are required. Good numeracy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools i.e. Words, Excel, Power-point etc The ability to deal with demands of workload, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication skills i.e. Both spoken and written
