Overall purpose of job The purpose of this role is to plan, administer and report the roll out of training strategy, policies and procedures for all technical and management training as well as proje Overall purpose of job The purpose of this role is to plan, administer and report the roll out of training strategy, policies and procedures for all technical and management training as well as projects, improving SCM's skills and competencies to best support business objectives Responsibilities Works with Head of Training and Development to develop training analysis approaches and development of framework Provides training statistics for training needs analysis meeting Monitors the implementation of training and update status in the Training Plan and Calendar Oversees the coordination of internal training and enrolment of external training Oversees the training grant and makes payment of courses Evaluates training programmes and follows up on the feedback Administers the registration and implementation of sub-contractors training Compiles training reports for SCM and external bodies according to the requirements Conducts check to ensure that all training records are maintained in the ERP system Applies and renews certification for Training Centre's accredited training programmes Monitors the qualification and work experience of training personnel Develops and maintains relationships with external training providers and internal trainers Makes recommendation for annual training budget based on the compiled training plan Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field Professional HR certification or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Training and Development or related field is preferred 2 years of experience in Human Resource, specialises in Training / Learning and Development or Business Administration Must have experience in managing training administration function. Experience in administering funded and certification programmes and using Peoplesoft ELM system is preferred. Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken). Advanced user of Peoplesoft ELM and Microsoft Office products. Event planning. Capability to administer and report training.
