Reporting to Senior Manager, Volunteer Programme, following are the key responsibilities of the incumbent. Responsibilities:
Play a key role in supporting the team in the co-ordination of volunteer programme activities.
Coordinate the recruitment of volunteers, assist in the nurturing and training of volunteers, and motivate volunteers to sustain their interest.
Coordinate the work of volunteers in collaboration with the Hospice\xe2\x80\x99s clinical and admin departments.
In carrying out his/her duties, the executive will ensure that DPH\xe2\x80\x99s policies are adhered to at all times.
Coordinate the activation of volunteers to support colleagues who are organising DPH events/volunteer-initiated events/patients\xe2\x80\x99 activities.
Support colleagues in the organising of DPH events.
Requirements:
Min. a recognised Diploma from polytechnic.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attentive to details.
Required to work on some weekends and weekday evenings
