Job Description

What the role is:
You will be part of a dynamic HR team in URA, under the HR Business Partner team, focusing on performance management, compensation and benefits, and workforce analytics. This is a 1-year non-renewable contract role.
What you will be working on:

  • Support performance ranking by collating ranking inputs, preparing presentation materials, and participating in ranking discussions. o Carry out computation of performance bonuses and merit increments and process payments in Workday. o Support compensation reviews by gathering data, conducting salary analysis, and preparing recommendations. o Project manage and implement Employee Engagement Survey at agency-level, analysis of results, and supporting follow-up actions. o Procure job evaluation service from external HR consultancies and manage all aspects of the exercise operations. o Report on workforce statistics as required.
What we are looking for:
  • Education in Human Resource, Accountancy, Business Administration, or relevant degree (IHRP certification is a plus) o At least 2 years of work experience in HR is preferred, within a Performance Management role o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel) and Workday is preferred The ideal candidate is meticulous, a good communicator, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Data analytics/automation skills are advantageous, as well as an understanding of work processes of the Public Service.
