Working Effectively with Stakeholders] Identify and highlight cases that require special consideration to the Business Partners, and propose solutions to meet stakeholders' needs. Guide stakeholders on where to access relevant information. . [Improving and Innovating Continuously] Identify work processes that can be automated or simplified, and play an active role in implementing work improvement plans. You highlight potential implementation issues and offer alternatives to the Business Partners. . [HR Knowledge and Skills] Knowledge of HR policies and practices in various HR domains will be useful. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel) and experience in SAP/HR and Payroll System would be advantageous. We are looking for individuals who are passionate in the people business to join our HR operations team to provide HR support to our departments and employees. You will support the day-to-day HR functions and work alongside our HR Business Partners to develop and deliver integrated HR Services for our clusters, including: . [Recruitment, Onboarding & Exit Management] o Provide timely support in recruitment activities (e.g. posting of job advertisements, scheduling and coordinating of selection tests and interview arrangements), process appointments and onboarding requests, maintain employee records and organisation structure in the HR system. o Administer internal rotations of officers within PSD and/or posting across Public Service. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to complete the posting requirements (e.g. issue posting memos, secondment agreements) and ensure that information/records are up to date. o Support outflow procedures, to process exit cases and update system records. . [Awards & Benefits] o Support the annual Long Service Award/Special Appreciation Award processing and payment (e.g. extract eligibility list, procure medallions, liaise with recipients on receipt of award/certificate and attendance of award ceremony). o Handle straightforward queries on Benefits and help to troubleshoot Benefits administration issues. . [Other Administrative Support] o Manage and maintain databases (e.g. staff movement) to ensure timely follow up actions. o Support the team to ensure smooth coordination and execution of workstreams such as the Annual Declaration Exercise. Design HR related EDM (electronic direct mails) for communication purposes using Canva etc.
