Executive/Senior Executive, External Affairs [LKCMedicine]NTU\xe2\x80\x99s Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is a leading medical school at the forefront of medical research and education. LKCMedicine was a collaborative effort between NTU and Imperial College London, as of 2023, the 18-year partnership has naturally concluded. Starting with the 2024 intake, the MBBS programme will transition to being solely conferred as an NTU degree. In response to this change, the Office of External Affairs was established to spearhead the establishment of new partnerships with international institutions.Based primarily at the Novena campus, with occasional engagements at NTU, the ideal candidate must demonstrate a capacity for independent work and a strong sense of ownership over a diverse range of tasks, from routine data entry to agile problem-solving. The Office of External Affairs works closely with all departments within the School and maintains a close relationship with the Office of International Engagement at NTU.This role offers a unique hands-on experience, providing opportunities to interact with a diverse array of individuals, not limited to academics. As the department is still in its infancy, there is also a lot of opportunities to develop and fresh ideas to be tested.Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline

• Strong team player with the ability to work in a diverse, cosmopolitan team

• Willingness to learn, regardless of prior experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

• Resilient, meticulous, and analytical

• Excellent planning and organisational skills

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Result-oriented with the ability to occasionally work across time zones
