Executive/senior Executive/assistant Manager Airport Operations (development & Procedures)

Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Development and Procedures unit under Airport Operations Department (AOD). He/she will be responsible for reviewing, developing, and implementing ground services procedures to ensure conformity to relevant regulatory and industry requirements and standards, and improve ground efficiency and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the operational manuals to ensure compliance with the requirement of the Air Navigation Order, IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) and Star Alliance Core Values.
- Provide input / advice on ground services procedures in various situations, such as:
b) Input on codeshare and interline agreement for section on ground services.
c) Delay Occurrence Committee (DOC) Meetings * Review and evaluate the specifications and the annual quantity for the ground operations stationeries (tags, labels, forms, uniform etc.)
- Review and update the content on Singapore Airlines Website for pages on Baggage, Visas and Immigrations, Special Assistance, Customer Commitment, Flight Disruption Statement, Changi Airport and Counter Check-in
- Represent AOD at the working level for cross-departmental projects
- Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline
- Experience in airport and airline operations is highly preferred
- Good writing skills
- Able to grasp concepts and situations quickly.
- Logical thinking with the ability to carry out scenario planning
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
