Job Description


Primary roleGuide the client in completing their rehab journey through appropriate exercise planning and instruction; and effective communication with the team and client. This role reports to the Functional Rehab\'s department leadResponsibilities:

  • Undergoing and passing in-house training programme within two tries
  • Establishing rapport with case leads to get referrals
  • Planning exercises/sessions in consult with case leads
  • Ensuring clients complete their rehab journey
  • Updating team timely on client\'s progress
Requirements:
  • Only Singaporeans
  • Passion in working with clients with injury and getting them to a functional level higher than pre-injury
  • Team player
  • Proactive in advancing career, team and client\'s interests
  • Strong growth mindset
  • Sports Science Degree and/or Certificate in Personal Training (ACE or ACSM)
Working Hours and Location:
  • 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (Subject to change bard on client demand)
  • Alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm
  • Location either Raffles Place, HarbourFront, or Tampines.

Salary budget:- Probation (6 months) $2700; upon confirmation $3100.- Bonus based on appraisals done every 4 months (i.e., 3 appraisals per financial year).- Appraisal based on KPI (no. of sessions), and cultural score- no commission2. Will be assigned based on where i feel the candidate will fit best.3. Criteria:- Strong growth mindset and proactive (i.e., take charge of their learning)- Eager to learn and apply their learning (i.e., inquisitive, able to take on feedback)- Able to speak well and comfortable interacting with people- Fresh grad from sport science programmes, physical therapy assistants from hospitals/private clinics (must have prior experience in doing exercise-related therapy and not purely stretch or massage), personal trainers who are looking to focus on rehab
