The Experience Transformation trainee will report into the Experience Transformation team which is responsible for delivering experience improvement initiatives and projects which drive customer value, drive adoption of digital and create business value. The team is also responsible for building CX culture within PACS and making PACS more customer centric. The trainee will participate in projects of various different nature including operations, digital platform, regulatory, communications, CX culture / awareness and more.

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in projects that drive improvement of customer experience
2. Support the project leads in requirements gathering – know what the solution needs to deliver and document all the required features from different users
3. Maintain proper documentation of as-is and to-be processes
4. Support the project cycle through planning and testing
5. Prepare and communicate project process and updates
6. Design and deliver communications for Employees, Distribution and Customers
7. Support execution of forums, workshops and meetings
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and presentation skills
2. Project management skills and experience
3. Proficient command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
4. Strong appetite to learn new things
