Your role will cover the professional management of our Technical Support Helpdesk, focusing on accuracy, timely feedback, and overall customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the timely identification, investigation, resolution, and analysis of technical issues while fostering internal relationships to expedite complex cases. Additionally, you will support the development of our Technical Support processes and ensure thorough documentation and communication of all activities.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Facilitate the identification and analysis of technical issues.\xc2\xb7 Investigate and resolve technical issues while tracking resolution progress.\xc2\xb7 Provide technical training to team members and customers.\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs better.\xc2\xb7 Test products and software to ensure high standards.\xc2\xb7 Develop and share technical knowledge within the team.\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication.\xc2\xb7 Address and coordinate systemic issues effectively.Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing position.
  • Technical proficiency in relevant areas, including CRM software, data analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Certification in IT Service Management or Customer Service is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Experience with CRM and information systems such as Salesforce.com and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in Knowledge Management and Call Center Management.
  • Good administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
