• Prepare and Issue P/O to supplier in timely manner.
• Follow up with supplier to arrange shipment and ensure the supplier delivery performance is measured.
• Liaise with supplier if any discrepancies and follow up on next course of action.
• Proactively to inform internally on the cargo readiness date or any potential shipment delays to avoid any downtime.
• Prepare shipment reporting to management.
• Work with supplier on stuffing plan and to coordinate with warehouse for inbound logistics.
• Goods receipt for all the inbound shipments / deliveries against the price/quantities on purchase orders and resolve shipment error.
• Coordinate with export customers on ordering, prepare shipping documents and shipment arrangement.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders / warehouse on the international shipping arrangement, negotiate for pricing on quotation.
• Liaise with PIC warehouse on pre-alert on container stuffing, send packing list without pricing for their advanced preparation and other related matters.
• Prepare contracts, commercial invoice and packing list for export customers.
• Where necessary, apply Form D/E with custom and CO application with SCCCI (Chinese Chamber)
• Update and send the monthly marine cargo insurance declaration for every single inbound and outbound shipments/deliveries.
• Attend export enquiry and prepare quotation if any.
• Any other duties assigned by Superior.

• Diploma in logistics services, supply chain or similar field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in SAP system will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of customs clearance process.
• Able to work independently and/in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
