Job Scope

• Responsible for developing business plan & sales strategy for the Export markets assigned (export sales, co-pack, private label) to achieve growth in market share, volume & revenue while ensuring profitability in line with company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
• Build good customer relations of self & team to ensure customer satisfaction, which helps in maintaining existing/new customers
• Periodical reviews of performance with distributors/customers, managing the targets, KPI and contracts and to discuss collaborative solutions to achieve growth
• Evaluate the capability of a new potential customer/distributor before signing of contract/agreement
• Collect & evaluate market information on competitors, market behavior and develop action plans
• Responsible for improving visibility/shelf space of our products at all channels in the market
• Analyze P&L and sales revenue from individual customer/distributor
• Maintains records of contracts, marketing activities, pricings, etc.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and Code of Business Conduct

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Management or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
