$6K+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the India team and other stakeholders to draft, review, and finalize export contracts ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the local and overseas teams, facilitating clear and effective communication related to export contracts and project requirements.
• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate MIS from team members involved in the trade. Ensure timely submission and adherence to reporting protocols.
• Prepare offers and proposals based on instructions received from traders, incorporating relevant contract terms, pricing, and other essential details.
• Ensure that all contractual agreements and related documentation are properly recorded, organized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Regularly review ongoing contracts, identify potential issues, and work with the appropriate teams to address any necessary amendments or modifications.
• Proactively identify and assess potential risks associated with contract execution and compliance and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Conduct KYC/Sanction search and in-depth assessment for all existing and prospective counterparties.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting finance, business, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain & Logistics is a plus.
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
