Export Customer Services Officer Working Days: 5.25 days (Alternate Sat / Sun) Working hours: Mon- Friday (2PM to 1030PM) Sat/Sunday (2am to 6pm) Salary : $2,000 - $2,500 Location: Changi (company Export Customer Services Officer Working Days: 5.25 days (Alternate Sat / Sun) Working hours: Mon- Friday (2PM to 1030PM) Sat/Sunday (2am to 6pm) Salary : $2,000 - $2,500 Location: Changi (company transport pick up & drop off provided) Job Responsibilities: Provide customer service support via phone and email. Ensuring 100% Advance Export Declaration (AED) compliance for all export shipments. Verifying of shipping documents to determine if shipments are to be uplifted or on hold. Liaising with other department (Warehouse, Planning & Operations) for shipment issues / flight planning. Sending of invoices for customer's payment via in-house system for both Import and Export shipments.
