& Responsibilities:

Handles full set of export shipping documents and invoices.
Processing customer orders Arranging and planning export logistics operation.
Implementing initiatives to increase customer satisfaction Liaise with forwarders and shipping agents on export shipments arrangement.
Ensure the products labelling/ packing are fulfil different countries requirement

Requirements:

Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
2 years of experiences in food manufacturing industry will be advantage.
2 years of experiences in logistic industry will be advantage.
Experience in handling LC / Doc against Payment will be an advantage.
Experience in SAP will be an advantage.
Good working knowledge in MS Office Application (especially Excel)
Mature working attitudes & able to work under pressure and independently.
Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking suppliers and customers.
5 days’ work week. Weekdays 8:30am- 6:00pm
Able to start work immediately.
