Operation Officer : Ensure smooth flow of import and export documentation process flow. Prepare all related documents pertaining to import and export including Permit Declarations. To undertake data entry in the TradeNet system upon confirmation once all relevant information are in proper order. To check and confirm that all information are correctly entered before submitting for online approval from Customs and other relevant authorities. Advice immediate superior of any irregularities discovered within the assigned transactions. Support in the resolution of escalated customs\' concerns and issues on the declaration. To assist immediate superior in all aspects of day to day operations. Experiences and knowledge in Logistics and Forwarding Industry is an added advantage. (Preferably) Knowledge of export\\import and transshipment regulations and requirements (preferably) Monthly Salary range from $2,300 to $3,000.
