Job Description

Job Responsibilities1. Provide assistance to facility operations and work with building vendors to ensure upkeep of building maintenance, security and emergency protocols.2. Facilitate, monitor and/or oversee department purchasing, inventory and requisitioning of supplies and equipment.3. Monitoring of routine cleaning and maintenance schedules4. Monitoring of all statutory requirement; such as renewal of licenses and permits5. Assist in checking on building cleanliness6. Any other facilities dept related duties as directed by the Facilities ManagerJob Requirements1. 1 or 2 year(s) working experience in the related field2. Good communication skills and have keen eyes on details3. Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active4. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office5.
