Job Description

The Facilities Administration Assistant will work with the Facilities Officer and General Admin Head in delivering various office management requirements and other support and administrative functions. He/she should ensure those office facilities and environment are safe and conducive at all times. The Facilities Administration Assistant will also act on behalf of Facilities Officer in case the Facilities Officer is on leave or unavailable.Main Responsibilities:

  • Works with Facilities Officer in managing various facility related issues and concerns
  • Manage Off-site Head Office centralized storage and facility maintenance
  • Assist Facilities Officer on monitoring multiple contractors/vendors works activity inside company premises
  • Daily Janitorial supplier inventory monitoring and distribution/issuance to the housekeeping personnel
  • Assist on corporate events set-up, vendor coordination, deliveries & pull-out
  • May assist in basic bookkeeping activities
  • Perform other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualification/s:
  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's degree courses
  • With at least 2 to 3 years of related work experience
  • Must be willing to report in BGC, Taguig
  • Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
