Job Responsibilities
1. Provide assistance to facility operations and work with building vendors to ensure upkeep of building maintenance, security and emergency protocols.
2. Facilitate, monitor and/or oversee department purchasing, inventory and requisitioning of supplies and equipment.
3. Monitoring of routine cleaning and maintenance schedules
4. Monitoring of all statutory requirement; such as renewal of licenses and permits
5. Assist in checking on building cleanliness
6. Any other facilities dept related duties as directed by the Facilities Manager
Job Requirements
1. 1 or 2 year(s) working experience in the related field
2. Good communication skills and have keen eyes on details
3. Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
4. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
