Supervise subordinates to ensureall jobs are performed according to specifications & SOPs
Monitor and supervise the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors for all related equipment and building facilities and ensure the output meets specifications and standards
Provide hands-on technical assistance pertaining to building facilities and maintenance matters to other Departments when necessary
Oversee basic landscaping improvements to enhance the appearance of the Company's premises
Recommend and implement technological improvements to increase productivity, enhance safety and reduce wastages

Diploma in Electrical & Engineering or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of building facilities & maintenance experience including leading a team
Possess good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills, with an eye for detail
Able to work under non-office environment and access all areas of the premises including those at height
