YHI Group is a recognized distributor of high quality automotive and industrial products, and a familiar and trusted name in alloy wheels manufacturing as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM). Today, YHI’s wide international presence can be seen in over 100 countries operating through its 32 subsidiaries and two associated companies located in Asia Pacific, North America and Europe. YHI distributes a diverse range of premium automotive products, which include tyres, alloy wheels, energy solutions, buggy & utilities vehicles and other industrial products to more than 5,000 customers globally. YHI currently has three alloy wheels manufacturing plants located in Suzhou in China, Taoyuan in Taiwan and Malacca in Malaysia. Main Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinates to ensure all jobs are performed according to specifications & SOPs
• Monitor and supervise the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors for all related equipment and building facilities and ensure the output meets specifications and standards
• Provide hands-on technical assistance pertaining to building facilities and maintenance matters to other Departments when necessary
• Oversee basic landscaping improvements to enhance the appearance of the Company's premises
• Recommend and implement technological improvements to increase productivity, enhance safety and reduce wastages

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Electrical & Engineering or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of building facilities & maintenance experience including leading a team
• Possess good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills, with an eye for detail
• Able to work under non-office environment and access all areas of the premises including those at height
• Those who possess Manage Work At Height certificate is highly preferred

OTHER INFORMATION

• Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm / Every Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Company transport is provided from Clementi MRT at 8.05am (one way)
• Handphone reimbursement provided
