Prepare, schedule, co-ordinate, supervise any periodic FM maintenance including but not limited to AV Equipment, Aircon, Door Access Alarm/Control System, Cleaning, Pest Control, Pantry Equipment, Horticultural/Landscaping, Fire Extinguishers etc.
Ensure the accuracy of maintenance report after each FM maintenance is done and take appropriate measures to follow up with the contractor and monitor the progress of any follow up corrective actions to be taken until work completion
Process users' ad-hoc requests for minor improvement works and/or breakdown maintenance work and submit for request and approval
Monitor the expiry dates of regulatory licenses
Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities
Maintain and monitor the door alarm system and CCTV systems and look out for any potential security risks on a regular basis
Regularly check and ensure that the office premise is in good working condition and take immediate actions to rectify/repair any defects, at the shortest possible time, when feasible
Maintaining and updating the floor plans of office building
Conduct analysis and make recommendation(s) to FM manager on contract, price benchmarking and supplier comparisons by exploring options to get the best value and service
Support and assist the FM Manager is any ad-hoc office restack, renovation, fit-outs project
Requirements
Minimum ITE/Diploma in Building control and management
Min 3 years' experience
