Facilities Coordinator
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management (Singapore)
Provide vendor management support by ensure Soft & F&B Services vendors perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors' works)
Liaising with vendors on timely submission of invoices and/or required corrections.
Generate and submit monthly Soft-service report.
Manage a filing system including the administration of contracts and all other facilities documentation.
Prepare communication broadcast to internal stake holders.
Provide support for any events or conference by coordinating, event setup rooms for meetings, including catering management.
Perform consumables management by ordering and receiving and stock take as required.
Manage the day to day Soft & F&B services operational activities, ensuring all health and safety, environmental and company procedures, related general legislation and client requirements.
Oversee and regularly review the work carried out by Soft & F&B Services to ensure the required standards achieved and maintained in accordance with the contractual agreement.
Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, public walkways, external facade, etc. and institute remedial action including following up on adhoc works.
Creating and maintaining good rapport with internal stake holders and attending to their complaints.
